A lifelong swimmer since the age of 5, I never thought my career would involve swimming. It was only after I decided to stay home with my kids that I got involved with my community swim team that was just getting organized. It was only after I decided to stay home with my kids that I got involved with my community swim team that was just getting organized. A few short years later I discovered that the pool was my calling and I started my new career.
I have taught and coached at several levels over the last 20 years including: Learn-to-Swim, Summer League & USA Swimming Teams as well as US Masters. I am a USA Swimming Certified Coach with my American Swim Coaches Association Level 3 Education Certification. I started our community’s swim team in 2005 and continue coaching both at the Age Group as well as High School levels for many years. I spent the last 10 years overseeing and growing award winning Aquatics Programs for LifeTime Athletic, USFitness (formerly Sport&Health) and Kids First Swim Schools. I have come full circle to lead LetSwim into its next phase.

Shortly thereafter, I became a successful swim school Manager for Kids First and then their DC District Manager. I was instrumental in assisting the Kids First Corporate office in hiring, training and opening more than 25 schools in the mid Atlantic region. Now as the co-owner of LetSwim, I am excited to bring my years of teaching and managing experience to your community.

Becca will be returning this summer after she graduates from the University of Florida on April 30th. She plans on attending Life University in Marietta, GA in the Fall to begin her doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. This summer she will be the Private Lesson Coordinator and Community Manager for Brambleton, Willowsford, Belmont and Dulles Farms communities.
She swam competitively her whole life sine the age of 4, swimming for SNOW, Lenah Run Froggers, and her high school teams. As part of the UF Club team, she qualified for Nationals in 2018, 2019 & 2020. Becca has been teaching swim lessons for 7 years and loves working with children of all ages (including adults) and abilities! She especially loves working with children with special needs.
She will have a limited availability for Private lessons this summer. She will be working this summer as one of our Community Managers and Private Lesson Coordinators at Dulles Farms, Willowsford, Brambleton, Belmont, Dawson's Corner.

She grew up swimming on multiple different swim teams and was a coach for the Meadowbrook Makos. As a coach, she not only helped with the swimmers' fundamentals, she also acted as a role model for the team. Josephine enjoyed coaching for the Special Olympics Swim and Track teams for 3 years during high school. She is excited to teach your child to swim and take them to the next level! She loves helping children achieve their goals no matter what that may be. In the fall, she will be heading back to JMU where she is working towards her Masters in Special Education. She will be working this summer as one of our Community Managers and Private Lesson Coordinators at Dominion Valley and Piedmont.

She was promoted to Director of Training & Development for Kids First Swim School Corporate and worked in that role until COVID. We are so lucky to have Julia on our LetSwim Management Team. Ola K. Alghazzouli is an ACE certified personal trainer, Red Cross BSI swim instructor, and a functional fitness specialist. She is a podcast host of the Purposeful Fitness with Coach Ola, and she has been helping clients through personal training and teaching group fitness classes at George Mason University. She has been swimming since age 6 years and teaching swimming since Fall 2019. She launched her social media campaign in summer 2020 #Swim4Akhirah to speak about swimming for the Muslim community to bring her passion for the swimming and water aerobics to educate, inspire, and motivate more families into the sport of swimming and benefits of the sport! She joined the track and field team in her junior and senior years in high school, and has participated in multiple 5k, 10k, and half-marathon races. She also worked with Soccer Shots where she helped young children ages 2-8 years to learn developmental skills and introduce the sport of soccer. She is thankful that she is able to share her passion for fitness with other people to become active, healthy, and fit with a purpose.

She is graduating from NOVA studying cybersecurity and will be attending George Mason next year.
