Come join our water aerobic classes. Our classes are taught by certified aerobics instructors. These classes are for EVERYONE! Intensity is easily modified for all levels of fitness. Even though they are low impact, these classes are a total body workout that include warm-up, aerobic, cool-down, strength & toning, and flexibility stretching. Come join us for an energetic and fun full body workout.
Currently we have Water Exercise classes in Dominion Valley at the Waverly Club indoor pool. Classes are held on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30-10:30am.
