Water Aerobics

Come join our water aerobic classes.  Our classes are taught by certified aerobics instructors.  These classes are for EVERYONE!  Intensity is easily modified for all levels of fitness.  Even though they are low impact, these classes are a total body workout that include warm-up, aerobic, cool-down, strength & toning, and flexibility stretching. Come join us for an energetic and fun full body workout. 

Summer 2020 we are offering Water Aerobics classes in South Riding on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm at the Town Hall Pool. 

The program is twice a week for 6 weeks. Each session is $84.
