LetSwim Inc. offers a wide variety of swim lessons for swimmers of all ages. Infants 6 months to Adult. Our instructors are highly qualified and trained by our own staff using our teaching philosophy and lesson curriculum. At LetSwim, your child comes first!
Lesson Philosophy
Our philosophy and our commitment is that your child comes first! We developed our curriculum based on the fact that learning to swim should be fun. We know that children learn through play and experimentation so we have incorporated these precepts as the foundation of our company: how we select our staff, the training we provide them and the curriculum we’ve created to teach your children to swim. We care about the children and their success! These are the building blocks for creating a love for the sport and lifelong swimmers.
Our Instructors
The instructors at LetSwim believe that swimming is a fun, healthy, and an essential skill for everyone. We provide quality swim instruction through games and activities that allow for hands on teaching. We also believe in the power of praise. Students are congratulated for the smallest achievement. Learning to swim is a challenging endeavor that requires patience and practice. However, with proper instruction swimming can be a life long skill that is a healthy exercise and provides the opportunity to safely enjoy other water activities. So, let’s swim!
Summer Programming
Summer 2025 Now Open!
Our summer programs are designed so that swimmers are in the pool learning often. We have the kids in the water 3 times a week. They quickly make huge strides since they are repeatedly practicing their new skills.

School Year Programming
Only for residents and members at
Dominion Valley | Piedmont | Lansdowne on the Potomac
Those swimmers in our School Year classes choose between once or twice a week classes. Those attending twice a week, advance through our levels much faster. Since swimming is a critical life skill, we encourage our families to swim year round. LetSwim’s year round program is a continuous lesson program that operates as an auto re-enrollment and auto billing program from September through May. Once enrolled, your child stays in the program until you request to drop. We conveniently bill you on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month. This convenient format creates consistency and develops their skills faster.
