 I DON'T SEE MY COMMUNITY LISTED, CAN I STILL REGISTER FOR PROGRAMMING?

LetSwim does not own it's own facility. You MUST be a resident or a club member with access to the pool to take our programming. Please contact your HOA BOD or Community Manager and let them know you want LetSwim in your community.


I DONT KNOW HOW TO PICK MY CHILDS CLASS LEVEL?
To view class level descriptions, you have two options. Click HERE now or click the Register Now button below. This will take you to our registration platform. You can view the Class Level Descriptions table in the Announcements Tab. If you still need assistance, please feel free to contact us at (703) 717-3411.
 

WHAT AGE LEVEL CLASSES DO I PICK FOR MY CHILD, SA (School Age) OR PS (Pre-School)?

  • PS level classes are for those children who are 3-5 years old and have not yet attended kindergarten. 
  • SA level classes are for those children ages 5-12 who are in school. 


WHEN ARE GROUP CLASSES HELD?

In the Summer: Group classes are held 3 days a week. Morning classes on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Evening classes on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

Our Year Round Program: Group classes are offered 2 days a week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Our 1 day a week classes are offered on Saturdays.


CAN I PAY IN PERSON OR SEND YOU CHECK?
Unfortunately we do not accept payment in person or by check as they often get lost or wet on the pool deck.  If you need assistance paying by credit card please contact us at 703-717-3411. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
All lesson cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@letswim.com. No refunds are given to classes cancelled within 10 days of the class start date, unless there is a Waitlist for the class. All refunds incur a 10% service charge.
