LetSwim does not own it's own facility. You MUST be a resident or a club member with access to the pool to take our programming. Please contact your HOA BOD or Community Manager and let them know you want LetSwim in your community.

WHAT AGE LEVEL CLASSES DO I PICK FOR MY CHILD, SA (School Age) OR PS (Pre-School)?
WHEN ARE GROUP CLASSES HELD?
In the Summer: Group classes are held 3 days a week. Morning classes on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Evening classes on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
Our School Year Program: Group classes are offered 2 days a week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Our 1 day a week classes are offered on Saturdays.
CAN I PAY IN PERSON OR SEND YOU CHECK?
Unfortunately we do not accept payment in person or by check as they often get lost or wet on the pool deck. If you need assistance paying by credit card please contact us at 703-717-3411.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO MISS A CLASS?
Make up classes are NOT guaranteed. You MUST contact us at email@example.com or contact the office at 703-717-3411 prior to missing your class. A make up token will be put on your account which is good for 30 days. Please contact the office to schedule your make up.
In the Summer: 1 make up token is given per session.
Our School Year Program: 1 make up token is given per month.
BAD WEATHER CANCELLATIONS?
LetSwim does not cancel our classes unless the pool is closed. We make every effort to contact our families prior to their class to let them know if the class has been cancelled. Often times we are waiting to get word from the pool management company or HOA. We do not cancel based on the threat of weather. We will schedule the make up class based on instructor and facility availability. If you can not attend the make up class, there is no additional make up class given.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
All lesson cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds are given to classes cancelled within 7 days of the class start date, unless there is a Waitlist for the class. All refunds incur a 10% service charge.
