Tamara Yaunches

ABOUT
As lifelong swimmer since the age of 5, Tamara never thought her career would involve swimming. It was only after she decided to stay home with her kids that she got involved with her community swim team that was just getting organized. A few short years later she discovered that the pool was her calling and she started her new career.
She has taught and coached at several levels over the last 25 years including: Learn-to-Swim, Summer League & USA Swimming Teams as well as US Masters. She is a USA Swimming Certified Coach with my American Swim Coaches Association Level 3 Education Certification. She started her community’s swim team in 2005 and continue coaching both at the Age Group as well as High School levels for many years. She spent the last 10 years overseeing and growing award winning Aquatics Programs for LifeTime Athletic, USFitness (formerly Sport&Health) and Kids First Swim Schools. She has come full circle to lead LetSwim into its next phase.

Patrick Morin

ABOUT
Patrick started instructing while serving in the Marine Corps over 25 years ago. This set the stage many years later when he began teaching part-time for Kids First Swim Schools. Shortly thereafter, he became a successful swim school Manager for Kids First and then their DC District Manager. Patrick was instrumental in assisting the Kids First Corporate office in hiring, training and opening more than 25 schools in the mid Atlantic region. Now as the co-owner of LetSwim, he is excited to bring his years of teaching and managing experience to your community.

Eva Yaunches

Eva is returning to LetSwim this year while completing her Junior year of college at Virginia Tech where she is a student athlete. Eva is majoring in Criminology with a Psychology minor. This is her 5th year teaching with LetSwim. She loves working with children! At John Champe HS she enjoyed her Early Childhood class teaching and developing activities for her students. She learned to swim at an early age through LetSwim and she can’t wait to teach your children how to swim the LetSwim way! She can’t wait to see all her swimmers again!

Stacy Stiles
Community Manager – Dominion valley, piedmont
About
A forever lover of the water, Stacy began her lifelong career teaching swimming at age 16. What began as a fun summer job became part of her work life for over 40 years. Stacy was a collegiate swimmer and completed a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Recreation Administration from Fresno State University in 1989 and began her 25 year long career in Health Club Management. In her spare time she continued to promote water safety among her community teaching swim lessons and water fitness. In 1993, she relocated from California to Virginia, bringing with her cutting-edge programming in Aquatics and Kid’s Fitness Programs to Northern Virginia. While raising her 3 children, she coached swimming for a year-round team, taught private lessons and also worked as a stroke & turn judge for summer league and the US Swimming Association.
After 6 wonderful years with Propel Swim Academy, Stacy is thrilled to be partnering with LetSwim where she will serve as a Community Manager, a Mentor and Trainer for future swim instructors, assist in the office, and grow the LetSwim business. She will also be implementing the new Adult Learn to Swim Program for the LetSwim communities.
She will continue to promote family water safety, both locally and abroad. She is a fierce advocate and fundraiser for the Hope Floats Foundation and is passionate for community outreach projects that stop drowning and promote the lifelong sport of swimming to all. As a lifelong lover of the water (just like her dad, Patrick) she did not go the traditional route to becoming a part of LetSwim. She took swimming lessons as a child into her teens, however her interests became very focused on other sports and Show Choir – insert jazz hands here! Although her swimming career ended, she does practice water safety and basic skills with her own little family of 5!

Andrew Yaunches
About
Andrew started swimming from a young age and continued all the way through the club level in college. He has a true passion for swimming and has kept up with it since graduating from Old Dominion University in 2021. He has continued to work with LetSwim off and on since then. He also coached at the high school level in conjunction with his professional career. He loves working with kids and enjoys watching them learn and grow into better and safer swimmers. He is especially proud to watch his swimmers move on to the competitive level. He is excited to be back in the water and working with you and your kids!
Ola Alghazzouli
About
Ola K. Alghazzouli is an ACE certified personal trainer, Red Cross BSI swim instructor, and a functional fitness specialist. She is a podcast host of the Purposeful Fitness with Coach Ola, and she has been helping clients through personal training and teaching group fitness classes at George Mason University. She has been swimming since age 6 years and teaching swimming since Fall 2019. She launched her social media campaign in summer 2020 #Swim4Akhirah to speak about swimming for the Muslim community to bring her passion for the swimming and water aerobics to educate, inspire, and motivate more families into the sport of swimming and benefits of the sport! She joined the track and field team in her junior and senior years in high school, and has participated in multiple 5k, 10k, and half-marathon races. She also worked with Soccer Shots where she helped young children ages 2-8 years to learn developmental skills and introduce the sport of soccer. She is thankful that she is able to share her passion for fitness with other people to become active, healthy, and fit with a purpose.
GianCarlo Tirado Molina
About
Giancarlo is a junior at Heritage High School. He has been swimming since he was 3 and competed on his community swim team for 3 years. Giancarlo loves helping and assisting others in achieving their goals. In his free time he enjoys watching the NFL and spending time with friends. He is currently a certified volunteer firefighter and working towards further certifications. His joy of the water comes from his family originating from Puerto Rico and having spent a lot of time together in it. He is excited to safely work with your kids and help them achieve their aquatic goals!
Lauren Gniazdowski
About
Lauren is a junior at Paul VI. She has been swimming since she was five, she swims every summer with her community swim team and was a club swimmer with OCCS & LifeTime for three years. Lauren enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, as well as exploring and trying new things. She also enjoys playing soccer for fun with her little sister. Lauren learned to swim when she was young and became passionate about swimming because of the role models her instructors were for her. She is excited to pay it forward and hopes to instill her passion with others.
Rylie Nolte
About
Rylie is a Senior at Lightridge High School. During the school year she enjoys participating in sports like Field Hockey and Track and Field. Ever since a young age she has been enrolled in swim classes, which has fostered her love for the water. In the past, she swam for the Willowsford Waves Swim Team and worked as a lifeguard at the Willowsford Lodge pool. Because of her love for her young siblings and her experience babysitting, working with kids is also her passion. She has worked for LetSwim for 2 summers and is one of our most requested instructors. Her patience and firmness creates results!
Maya Ali
About
Maya is a Sophomore at John Champe High School. She has been swimming since she was four. She enjoys seeing others accomplish their goals and is ready to share her knowledge of swimming with others. As the oldest in her family, she has always enjoyed being with children and helping them succeed. Maya takes Early Childhood classes and is gaining great knowledge and experience working with preschoolers. She also speaks two languages ( Arabic and English). Maya can’t wait to share her passion with your children.
Mokshitha Myeni
About
Mokshitha is a Junior at Independence High School and the Academies of Loudoun. She has previously volunteered as a tutor, guiding children to improve in various academic subjects. This is her 2nd year as a swim instructor with LetSwim. She loves to help kids learn how to swim and boost their confidence in the water. Mokshitha had the opportunity to learn to swim during her elementary school years in India. Her teachers’ patience and persistence were key factors in her falling in love with the sport. She hopes to model them and provide a supportive learning environment for her students.
Nick Ferranti
About
Nick is a Senior at Lightridge High School and has been swimming since he was a child. He’s been a member of the Kirkpatrick Krakens swim team since he was eight. Nick enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. He is a Boys Scout and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He also holds a leadership position in his troop. In addition, Nick enjoys martial arts and holds a black belt, and is a former national karate champion. He looks forward to sharing his love of swimming with your children.
